INTAKE APPOINTMENTS

CURRENTLY ACCEPTING PATIENTS IN PENNSYLVANIA

These sessions are 90 minutes in length. During this time, you will participate in a comprehensive assessment. Intake sessions are billed at $ 350.00.

FOLLOW-UP APPOINTMENTS

These sessions are 60 minutes in length. This is when we talk about managing your ongoing needs and, if necessary, making medication decisions and adjustments. Follow-up sessions are billed at $180.00.

BILLING

Credit Cards must be provided and remain on file. I do not bill insurance. However, I will provide a super-bill.

CRISIS SUPPORT

Galvanize MH does not provide emergency care. Please seek assistance via your local Emergency Room or via 911.

PRIOR PATIENTS
